Lawson Projects provided Project Management Services to ENMAX on a variety of both large and small capital projects for ENMAX over the last 15 years.
ENMAX Place - The former Telus building located at 50th Ave. & 1A St. S.E., Calgary was transformed from a 23,200 m2 (250,000 sq. ft.) warehouse / repair facility into a modern 31,100 m2 (335,000 sq. ft.) head office for ENMAX Power Corporation and subsidiary companies.
Lawson Projects provided Project Management Services to FortisAlberta on a number of projects, including new Camrose and Redcliff Operations Facilities, as well as a variety of other smaller projects in the FortisAlberta network following the success of these two facilities.
A new 3,700 m2 (40,000 sq ft) office block and repair/maintenance facility for both Rolls Royce and GE gas turbine engines, as well as a new test-cell facility for the live-testing on a fixed-bed for the above manufacturers’ gas turbines. Both facilities were constructed on leased land at The Calgary International Airport in 1997 and 1998.
