Lawson Projects has managed several selective demolition projects as part of some multi-phased renovation condominium projects, as well as several demolition projects for the City of Calgary.

Canada Lands retained Lawson Projects in 2011 to manage the demolition of several old and obsolete buildings at Currie Barracks in multiple phases.  Our scope of work included the competitive tendering for environmental monitoring and materials testing; the demolition work; managing the waste diversion and material recovery program; and obtaining environmental clearances on each of the sites for future redevelopment.
