High Plains Building 3
High Plains Building 10 is a speculative warehouse that is 38,031m2 (409,360 sq. ft.).  Construction is expected to begin Q1 2022.

 Peak Products Distribution Centre, Rocky View County, AB

The Peak Products Distribution Centre is a 16,604m2 (178,730 sq. ft.) build-to-suit facility with 13,285m2 (143,000 sq. ft.) of space for future expansion. Located in High Plains Industrial Park, construction began in August 2021 and is expected to be complete in June 2022.

 High Plains Building 8, Rocky View County, AB

High Plains Building 8 is a speculative warehouse that can house 4 tenants.  The building is 17,309m2 (186,314 sq. ft.). Construction began in June 2021 and is expected to be complete in March 2022.

 High Plains Building 7, Rocky View County, AB

High Plains Building 7 is a speculative warehouse that can house 2 tenants.  The building is 40,302m2 (433,826 sq. ft.) with a clear height of 40'. Construction began in June 2021 and is expected to be complete in May 2022.

CHEP Distribution Centre​, Rocky View County, AB

The CHEP Distribution Centre is a 13,935 m2 (150,000 sq. ft.) build-to-suit facility with a 17,400 m2 (187,300 sq. ft.) storage area, located in High Plains Industrial Park.  Construction began in June 2020 and was completed February 2021.

Lowe's Distribution Centre​, Rocky View County, AB

The Lowes Distribution Centre is a 115,319m2 (1,241,288 sq. ft.) build-to-suit facility located in High Plains Industrial Park.  Construction began in August 2020 and received occupancy in August 2021.

Occupancy was obtained in 364 days.

High Plains Building 3, Rocky View County, AB​

High Plains Building 3 will be a 38,031 m2 (409,360 sq. ft.)  Warehouse in High Plains Industrial Park.  Construction began in September 2019 and was complete August 2020.

Two tenants now occupy the building; AOSOM and Conagra Brands Canada Inc.  

AOSOM is leasing 15,660 m2 (168,560 sq. ft.) on the north side of the building. 

Conagra Brands Canada Inc. is leasing the remaining 22,371
 m2 (240,800 sq. ft.)

The Home Depot, Rocky View County, AB

Lawson Projects successfully delivered a the 38,865 m2 (418,364 sq. ft.) distribution centre in High Plains Industrial Park, as well as the Tenant Improvement for The Home Depot.

Lawson Projects successfully delivered a new 46,823 m2 (504,000 sq. ft.) Distribution Centre and the Tenant Improvement for Smucker Foods in High Plains Industrial Park.

Gordon Food Services (GFS), Rocky View County, AB

Calgary Regional Distribution Centre - Lawson Projects successfully delivered a the 27,943 m2 (300,775 sq. ft.) Distribution Centre for GFS Calgary on a 10 ha site in High Plains Industrial Park in Balzac, AB.

Edmonton Regional Distribution Centre Upgrades and Expansion – Lawson Projects successfully delivered a 10,121 m2 (108,941 sq. ft.) addition, along with interior upgrades to an existing building forming part of the existing GFS regional Distribution Centre in Edmonton.

Congebec, Calgary, AB

In 2017 Conqubec planned to expanded their current Calgary freezer facility by approximately 6,800 m2 (73,194 sq. ft.).  The building addition was constructed while the the current facility was in full operation.  Lawson Projects was retained to guide the project through construction, handover and into the warranty phases.  The expansion included a 300 m2 (3229 sq. ft.) mezzanine.
